“A decade or so ago I got the wiki bug in a bad way,” I wrote in Weekly Thing 306, “and one of the use cases I thought made sense was a wiki approach to Terms of Service. I got it started on TOSredux.org with the thought that you could crowdsource a semantic analysis of terms of service and then use a browser plugin to give good feedback to people on what they are accepting.”

The first Internet Archive capture of tosredux.org is from September 2011. The site ran on my MediaWiki farm, and WikiApiary still listed it among the farm’s active wikis in October 2015. It most likely ended when the farm did in 2016.
